Viscount O is somewhere in the middle, a medium-sized Sea Serpent in brilliant shades of blue with black and near-white blue accents. His eyes are as abyssal as the abyss itself, endless black pools that draw you deeper in.
O is much like the daemonic Lord Leviathan in that he is a master of emotions, the subconscious mind, master of the conquering of the self, and an amazing portal traveler. Swimming along the Astral streams and slipping from portal to portal, O can open nearly any portal or gateway you wish to see, or he will figure out a way to gain access; he is not one to give up easily.
